The chef of the Restaurant is the famous Greek chef Manos Gotsoulias.
He studied culinary arts in Thessalia, Santorini, Rhodos, Kos, Skiathos and Chalkidiki.
In gastronomy he is famous for his love, attention and devotion to every meal.
For him, the preparation of a dish is an important task, responsibly executed.
Manos chooses his ingredients with great attention, he uses only the freshest and of the highest quality products.
He is a recurring winner of the most famous culinary competitions in Greece.
